The accommodation consists of 2 lovely modern spacious bedrooms offering maximum accommodation for 5 adults and 1 cot.
The Cognac region, the Oyster farms of Marennes, Saintes, Royan and Futuroscope in Poitiers are located within easy reach by car.
The A10 Autoroute is approximately 30km away and Maizeron is an ideal stopping off point between Paris and Bordeaux and within
easy reach of La Rochelle Airport.
Impressive high roofed converted barn with exposed oak beams makes up the lounge/dinner/kitchenette with white goods,
adjacent is the mezzanine providing space for WiFi, computer desks and reading material. All of which are decorated and
furnished in sympathy with the age of the house whilst giving a flavour of the French style but still providing modern facilities.
The barn is available for use by the guests.
Exterior
Set in a compact but well maintained garden it has plenty of space for barbecues with enough garden furniture to entertain 30
people on the large terrace. Parking for 6 vehicles, also secure garage to house bicycles or motorbikes.

Bedroom 1
has a double bed but is large enough to accommodate a cot if it should be needed. This has its own ensuite fully equipped with shower,
wash basin and a separate toilet. There is a wardrobe space. It has a beautiful aspect over looking the garden.
Bedroom 2
Consisting of a double bed and 1 single bed. This bedroom has its own ensuite fully equipped shower, wash basin and separate toilet. There is also wardrobe space.
